The way we approach support is thinking about how we would like to be supported, I guess they call this the "Golden Rule".

 

 

So we don't have various levels of support, every single one of our customers gets the best or "Premium" level of support.

If you have a need, we want to get it taken care of. By no means are we perfect, but our intent is to treat you like a premium level customer. Our support plan is built into our software maintenance and it includes unlimited email, web form, and toll free telephone support.

We want to be the one number you call when you need help or support on anything ITAM related.
